Apple begins selling refurbished 24-inch M1 iMac in the UK

Apple has added the new 24-inch M1 iMac to its official Apple Certified Refurbished Online Store in the UK, selling the pink and green machines with a saving of up to £220 just months after the iMacs hit store shelves in May.

First spotted by 9to5Mac on Tuesday, Apple has the pink 24-inch iMac with an 8-core CPU, 7-core GPU, and 8GB of RAM on sale for £1,059, down from £1,249. The machine has two Thunderbolt ports and is available for dispatch within 8 business days.

The second configuration available is the green finished model with an 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, Gigabit Ethernet, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD, two Thunderbolt ports, two USB 3 ports, and Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. Apple offers a £220 discount on this particular model, priced now at £1,229.

Like all refurbished Macs sold through the official Apple Certified Refurbished online store, the machines come packaged in a new box with new accessories, including a new Lightning to USB Cable. Apple thoroughly inspects, tests, and cleans all machines before they are sold, coming with Apple’s standard one-year warranty, leaving them virtually indistinguishable from a brand new model.

Update: Apple appears to have now sold out of all the available refurbished 24-inch M1 iMac stock.
