Launch day has arrived, at least for customers in New Zealand and Australia who pre-ordered Apple’s new purple iPhone 12 and AirTag last Friday, with at-home deliveries now underway ahead of the rest of the world due to time zone differences.
Following New Zealand and Australia, customers in the Middle East and Europe will be next to get their hands on the AirTag and new colored iPhone 12, ahead of the U.S. and North America.
Alongside deliveries, in-store pickup for the new iPhone 12 and AirTag are also beginning today, with prospective customers encouraged to book a one-to-one shopping appointment to help limit store occupancy because of what’s going on in the world right now.
