Apple expands AppleCare+ monthly payments to Germany and the UK

Apple is expanding its AppleCare+ monthly payment option to customers in Germany and the UK, making its extended support service for iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches more affordable in the countries.

Apple launched its monthly AppleCare+ payment option in the U.S. last year, followed by expanding the option to customers across Canada, Australia, and Japan, as well as extending how long customers have after the purchase of their devices to purchase and subscribe to AppleCare+, up from 60 days after the purchase to a full year afterward.

The new monthly payment option is limited to iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch purchases, with AppleCare+ for other products such as HomePod and Mac only available as a full upfront purchase.
