Apple removes LG UltraFine 4K Display from sale online

Apple has removed the 21.5-inch LG UltraFine 4K Display from sale online across the globe, listing the monitor as “Sold Out” for quite some time before completely removing it altogether.

The 4K LG UltraFine was launched back in fall 2016.

Reports have suggested Apple is developing its own rival stand-alone 6K display, claims world-renowned Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo who forecasts the new monitor will measure-in at 31-inches and powered by mini LED backlighting.

LG’s UltraFine 5K Display remains available to order through Apple.com for $1300.00, and a handful of third-party retailers such as Best Buy are continuing to offer the UltraFine 4K Display for $700.00.
