Apple makes way for new Today at Apple experience at Manchester Arndale store

Apple Store - Manchester Arndale

Apple is making way for an improved Today at Apple experience at its Manchester Arndale retail store in the North of England, with a new 6K Forum Display and Genius Grove expected to arrive as part of Apple’s focus on rejuvenating its older stores to bring them in line with its newer “next-generation” locations across the world.

As pictured by Saif Aslam, Apple has installed construction hoarding around the majority of the rear of the store, leaving narrow passageways on either side for customers to access the various accessories on display, and for employees to enter the back of the store.

A message on the hoarding teases a “Better Today at Apple experience is coming soon,” inviting customers to visit apple.com to learn about the new Today at Apple sessions coming soon to the Manchester Arndale store.

Alongside the new floor-to-ceiling video wall for hosting Today at Apple workshops and companying seating, Apple could potentially take the opportunity to remodel the store completely to be consistent with its current indoor mall store aesthetic, however; given that the store hasn’t been closed completely and how soon we are to the launch of new hardware, this may be something to look out for in the future.
