To coincide with the introduction of a new ‘Close Your Rings’ webpage on Apple.com which launched in February, Apple internally kick-started a special Apple Watch activity fitness challenge for employees, and now Apple is rewarding those who completed the challenge with special black Woven Nylon Apple Watch bands.
Apple has incorporated the blue, green and red color scheme of the Apple Watch Activity rings within the band fastener that is accompanied with a white card with a gold embossed Activity ring graphic as shown in the image above, via Reddit user utopicunicornn.
Last year Apple rewarded employees with exclusive t-shirts and badges. It’s believed in 2017 over 40,000 Apple retail and corporate employees took part in the challenge, however, it’s unknown how many successfully completed the activity.
