Angela Ahrendts opens Apple’s first store in South Korea

Angela Ahrendts, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail, has welcomed guest to the company’s first store in South Korea, located in Garosu-gil, a premium shopping district in Seoul.

We’re thrilled to open a new home for our customers in the vibrant city of Seoul and we look forward to continuing to grow in Korea,” said Angela Ahrendts, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail. “Our stores are gathering places for the community where everyone is welcome to connect, learn and create.”

Apple first commented on the new store back in January 2017, sharing their excitement about opening their first Apple Store in Korea, one of the world’s economic centers and a leader in telecommunication and technology.
