Apple offering 30-minute online training session for iPhone X customers

Following the release of an in-depth iPhone X guided tour video to introduce users to the device, Apple is beginning to invite customers who have recently purchased the handset to a 30-minute online training session to “help you go further” and to get to know the new features found on the device.

The email, which contains the users individual order number, thanks the customer for their recent purchase and invites them to take-part in a “customised interactive session” which involves an Apple Specialist speaking to the user over the phone while they watch a video on their computer.

The online training session for iPhone X includes…

• Useful tips and tricks, and ways to make your Apple product work for you.
• Questions about and advantages of your Apple ID, iCloud and other Apple services.
• And if needed, help getting set up.
