Apple announces London Marathon events at Apple Brompton Road with Joe Wicks and Paula Radcliffe

Apple has announced a series of events and activities across London to mark the 2026 TCS London Marathon, as part of its new partnership with the event.

Earlier this year, Apple became an official partner of the TCS London Marathon, which is widely regarded as the world’s most popular marathon.

During marathon week, Apple Brompton Road will host several events aimed at runners preparing for race day.

On Thursday, April 23, Apple will host “Race Day Inspiration and 5K with Joe Wicks and Friends” at Apple Brompton Road. The event will feature Joe Wicks, Hellah Sidibe, Dora Atim, Becky Briggs, and Sherica Holmon, alongside Apple Fitness+ trainer Cory Wharton-Malcolm.

Attendees will be able to hear training advice from the panel before taking part in a 5K shakeout run in Hyde Park.

Apple will then host “Paula Radcliffe & Chris Thompson’s Road to London” on Saturday, April 25. Former world-record holder Paula Radcliffe and Olympian Chris Thompson will record a live episode of Paula’s Run Club at Apple Brompton Road, discussing training, race-day preparation, and the role technology plays for runners.

Apple Fitness+ trainer Cory Wharton-Malcolm will also appear during the event.

On marathon day itself, Apple Music will feature artists and DJs positioned at a key point along the course to help motivate runners.

Apple says it will also offer marathon-themed playlists through Apple Music, including the official Ultimate Marathon Playlist, which includes seven hours of curated music for training runs and race day.

Beyond the marathon itself, Apple says it is also supporting local communities across London.

Ahead of marathon week, Apple will host a PE with Apple: Hour of Play event for students from schools across Wandsworth. The session will be led by Joe Wicks alongside Apple Fitness+ trainers Cory Wharton-Malcolm and Kim Ngo.

The event is being delivered in partnership with Enable, a nonprofit organization that supports health, leisure, and community services across London.

Apple says it also continues to support a number of other organizations across Greater London, including Battersea Arts Centre, Southbank Centre, Youth Battersea, and Wandsworth BEST.
