Thieves caught with $200,000 worth of stolen Apple products after traffic stop

Two suspects have been arrested in California after officers discovered over $200,000 worth of stolen Apple products taken from a delivery truck in Nevada, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The CHP’s Southern Division said officers in Burbank responded to a “be on the lookout” alert for a white cargo van believed to be carrying stolen Apple goods. With the help of a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s helicopter, the van was located on Interstate 5 near Western Avenue and stopped by officers around 3:40 p.m.
Upon investigation, police found a large quantity of stolen Apple products inside, leading to the arrest of both occupants. The CHP confirmed the recovery of over $200,000 worth of Apple merchandise.
The post, spotted by AppleInsider, shows multiple boxes stacked inside the vehicle, believed to have been taken from a truck near Sparks, Nevada earlier that morning.
Authorities say the case remains under active investigation.
