Apple briefly tops $4 trillion market capitalization

Apple has briefly crossed the $4 trillion market capitalization threshold, joining Nvidia and Microsoft among the world’s most valuable companies before retreating slightly below the milestone on Tuesday.
The company’s share price climbed following a report from Counterpoint Research showing that the new iPhone 17 lineup outperformed last year’s iPhone 16 range during its first 10 days on sale in the US and China.
According to the report, iPhone sales rose 14% year over year, with the strongest demand seen for both the standard iPhone 17 and the higher-end iPhone 17 Pro models.
Apple will officially share its fourth fiscal quarter results on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET.
