iPhone 17 lineup expected to come in these new colors

As Apple’s September event draws closer, new leaks have revealed potential color options for two models in the upcoming iPhone 17 lineup.
According to a report from 9to5Mac, leaker yeux1122 shared images of what appear to be camera protector rings from the new iPhone models. These rings, which are color-matched to the phone’s body, provide insight into the color variants Apple may offer this year.
Based on the leak, the standard iPhone 17 is expected to launch in five colors: Black, Blue, Green, Purple, and Silver. These hues could give the new iPhone a refreshed aesthetic while maintaining Apple’s signature minimalist appeal.
Meanwhile, the all-new ultra-thin iPhone 17 Air is rumored to come in Black, Light Blue, Light Gold, and Silver. The Air model is expected to be a more affordable and slimmer option, with an emphasis on lightweight portability.
There’s no word yet on the color options for the iPhone 17 Pro models, though one new finish—Sky Blue—has been mentioned in separate rumors, potentially making it a standout choice for the high-end models.
In terms of specs, the iPhone 17 is expected to feature a 6.1-inch OLED ProMotion display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate, the new A19 chip, 12GB of RAM, and upgraded cameras, including a 48MP rear lens and a 24MP front-facing camera. The lineup will also introduce the ultra-thin iPhone 17 Air, measuring just 5.5mm thick and built with a titanium-aluminum alloy frame. It will reportedly sport a 6.6-inch OLED ProMotion display and share similar camera specs with the base model.
The flagship iPhone 17 Pro models are expected to come in both 6.6-inch and 6.9-inch variants, featuring Liquid Retina XDR displays, the new A19 Pro chip, and a triple 48MP camera system. This system will include an ultra-wide lens and a periscope telephoto lens, supporting 8K video recording and enhanced thermal management.
