Apple adding PlayStation VR2 controller support to Apple Vision Pro with visionOS 26

Apple has announced that with visionOS 26, Apple Vision Pro will support PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers.
This marks the first time Apple Vision Pro will offer native support for third-party VR hardware, expanding the headset’s capabilities for gaming and immersive experiences.
The PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers bring adaptive triggers, precise motion tracking, and advanced haptics to Vision Pro users, allowing developers to create more tactile, responsive gaming experiences. Apple says integration will be seamless through a forthcoming update to Game Porting Toolkit 2, letting studios more easily adapt VR titles for visionOS.
