Apple hosting Heart Month Apple Watch Activity Challenge on Valentine’s Day

Apple is celebrating Heart Month by hosting a special Apple Watch Activity Challenge on Valentine’s Day, February 14. Users who complete a workout on that day will be rewarded with a trio of animated stickers and a virtual trophy in the Fitness app.
As in previous years, Apple will invite Apple Watch users to participate in the challenge by completing a Valentine’s Day workout. The iPhone maker encourages participants to “show [their] heart some love” by staying active during the one-day event.
Last year, Apple introduced Heart Month-themed content across the App Store, Apple TV app, Apple Podcasts, and Apple Books. However, there are no details yet on whether a similar content rollout will take place this year.
Participants who complete the challenge will unlock four animated stickers, including a heart with a flame, a cluster of hearts, an exercising heart, and a 2025 heart-themed activity ring sticker. These exclusive rewards can be used in iMessage and FaceTime to celebrate the achievement.
