Apple no longer selling iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max

As expected, Apple has removed the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max from sale following the introduction of the new iPhone 16 series today, which comprises of four new iPhones, including new iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models.
Following tradition, Apple dropped the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max to make room for the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Today, Apple has followed suit by removing the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max from its lineup, with the devices now unavailable to order through the online Apple Store or at Apple retail locations.
Despite no longer being available directly through Apple, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will continue to be available through third-parties, including carriers, who will likely begin offering discounts on the models now that the new iPhone 16 series has been unveiled.
Apple launched the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max last year introducing several notable upgrades, including a new titanium frame, making it lighter and more durable. It also featured the A17 Pro chip, delivering enhanced performance, especially for gaming and AI-driven tasks. The camera system saw improvements with more advanced zoom capabilities and enhanced low-light performance, while the USB-C port replaced the Lightning connector for faster data transfer and universal compatibility. Additionally, the Action button, replacing the traditional mute switch, offered customizable shortcuts for quicker access to various functions.
