An apparent iCloud outage is affecting Apple’s cloud services, including Mail, with users unable to receive new emails or sign-in to iCloud.com.
For some users, refreshing the Mail app on iPhone shows an error message that their has been an error fetching mail, and on the iCloud desktop site, users are reporting seeing an error message informing them of an error connecting to the server.
Apple’s System Status website is yet to acknowledge the apparent outages, although users on X (formally Twitter) are sharing their frustration and own experiences with the Apple cloud outages.
Update: Apple has updated its System Status webpage with the following message: “Users may be unable to send, receive or access mail.” Additionally, the page advisees “Users may be unable to sign in to iCloud.com.”
