‘Clicks’ create new Blackberry-like keyboard case for iPhone

Clicks, a UK-based tech firm, has launched a novel iPhone accessory: a Blackberry-style keyboard case tailored for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro.
This new addition boasts a complete physical keyboard, providing users with a tactile typing experience that unlocks keyboard shortcuts and dedicated keys.
A key highlight of this futuristic keyboard is its integrated backlight, ensuring seamless typing in low-light settings. Clicks eliminates the need for an extra battery or Bluetooth by directly connecting to the iPhone via Lightning (for the iPhone 14 Pro) or USB-C (for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro Max). This direct link not only simplifies attachment but also allows simultaneous phone charging while using the keyboard.
“We use keyboards on our desktops, laptops and tablets every day – so it’s kind of odd that we abandoned physical buttons on the smartphone,” said Michael Fisher, Co-founder of Clicks Technology. “Clicks brings the tactility and precision of a physical keyboard to iPhone, so people don’t have to wait until they get back to their desks to create or communicate with the satisfying feedback only real buttons can provide.”
The Clicks accessory for iPhone is available to order beginning for $139 (USD) at Clicks.tech and will begin shipping February 1. The Clicks app for iPhone, coming to Apple App Store, will continue to bring new functionality to the keyboard over time.
