Apple has reportedly postponed mass production of a new second-generation AirTag, with the new accessory reportedly delayed until 2025.
In a post on X, formally Twitter, on Wednesday, reputable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that the mass production schedule for “AirTag 2” has been postponed to 2025, although no further information was shared.
AirTag is a small, coin-shaped device designed to be attached to personal items like keys, bags, or wallets. It uses Bluetooth technology to connect to an iPhone or other Apple device, allowing users to track and locate their belongings using the “Find My” app.
