Apple is picking up where it left off before the holidays by continuing its iOS 16.3 beta cycle, today seeding the second update to developers after releasing the first instalment of iOS 16.3 to testers in December, adding support for Security Keys for Apple ID and a new prompt when handing music off from an iPhone to a HomePod.
Available now, the second iOS 16.3 beta has been released as an update to all developers who had the first version installed, and is available to those who didn’t through the Operating Systems download area online on developer.apple.com.
So far, iOS 16.3 appears to be a relatively minor update compared to iOS 16.2, which brought new Sleep and Medications Lock Screen widgets, Always-On display customization for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, and more.
