Apple has today released macOS Monterey 12.4, bringing improvements to the Mac including taking Universal Control out of beta, adding supporting for the recently released 15.5 Studio Display firmware, and more.
macOS Monterey 12.4 is a relatively minor update compared to macOS Monterey 12.3 in March, which brought the long-awaited Universal Control feature that allows users to work with a single mouse and keyboard and move between Mac and iPad, adding a wide range of new emoji characters, an additional Siri voice, and more.
Today’s new Mac update is releasing alongside iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5, bringing minor upgrades and improvements including the renaming of iTunes Pass to “Apple Account Card” in the Wallet app, new Request and Send buttons in Wallet for Apple Cash and new Wi-Fi signal indicators in the Home app.
