Update: Apple has acknowledged that the 6% Daily Cash was an error
Apple appears to have quietly increased the Daily Cash back it offers Apple Card users when shopping using the Apple Store app.
First spotted by Tailosive Tech on Twitter, Apple Card customers have noticed their Daily Cash back has doubled from 3% to 6% as part of what is assumed to be an unannounced special promotion.
This isn’t the first time Apple has upped the Daily Cash reward for shoppers buying direct. In 2019, Apple ran a promotion in time for the holiday shopping season that offered 6% cash back when purchasing in-store or online with Apple Card.
