Apple to soon sell all 24-inch iMac colors at its retail stores, says Gurman

Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman has claimed Apple plans to make all seven colors of the 24-inch iMac available to purchase at its retail stores later this month.

In a Tweet on Friday, Gurman said that alongside the launch of the iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7 this month, Apple Stores will now have all 24-inch iMac models available for customers to purchase in-person, as the Yellow, Orange, and Purple finishes were previously available only online.

Apple launched the redesigned 24-inch iMac in April. The machine boasts a forward-thinking design in seven new colors including Green, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Purple, Blue, and Silver, a new Apple M1 chip, camera, and audio improvements, and more.

Apple is expected to make some more noteworthy Mac news before the end of the year, with reports suggesting the company is preparing new fully redesigned 14-inch and 16-inch “M1X” MacBook Pro models, but these aren’t expected until either October or November.

For now, we have to sit back and look forward to next week’s highly anticipated “California streaming” special event, and the arrival of more colorful iMacs at Apple Stores in the near future.
