Apple shares closed at a new record high on Monday, reaching $338.98 as the company continues through one of its biggest product launch periods in years.
AAPL ended September 21 up 0.85%, gaining $2.85 during the session. The closing price surpassed the previous record close of $338.49.
The new high follows Apple’s September product announcements, including iPhone 18 Pro and the company’s first foldable iPhone, iPhone Duo, alongside the wider rollout of Siri AI.
Apple’s share price has climbed significantly during 2026, passing the $300 mark earlier in the year and reaching a market capitalization approaching $5 trillion.
The recent product cycle has put particular attention on Apple’s progress in artificial intelligence and its expansion into foldable smartphones. iPhone Duo is scheduled to launch in October, giving investors and customers their first indication of demand for Apple’s entry into the foldable market.
Siri AI has also marked a major step in Apple’s AI strategy after the company spent years developing a more capable version of its assistant. The technology is now central to the next generation of Apple Intelligence across the company’s platforms.
While individual movements in a company’s share price cannot be attributed to a single product or announcement, Apple’s record close comes as attention remains focused on its new hardware and AI strategy.
