Apple has expanded the availability of AppleCare One to France, Germany, and Australia, bringing its multi-device protection subscription to three more countries while also extending AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage for the iPad and Apple Watch.
The latest expansion builds on AppleCare One’s debut in the United States last year and follows its recent launch in the United Kingdom, continuing Apple’s international rollout of its simplified device protection service.
AppleCare One allows customers to protect up to three eligible Apple devices under a single monthly subscription, with additional devices able to be added for an extra monthly fee. In France, the service starts at €20.99 per month, covering up to three products, with extra devices costing €5.99 per month each. Apple says customers covering an iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch under one plan could save up to €13.48 per month compared to maintaining separate AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss plans for each device.
The subscription includes all the benefits of AppleCare+, including unlimited accidental damage repairs, battery replacement service, and 24/7 priority access to Apple Support. AppleCare One also allows customers to add eligible devices that are up to four years old, provided they are in good condition, significantly extending the eligibility window beyond the standard 60 days after purchase.
Apple has also designed the service to make upgrading devices easier. When a customer trades in a covered product directly with Apple and purchases a replacement, the old device is automatically removed from the subscription and the new one is added, ensuring continuous protection without requiring any manual changes to the plan.
Alongside the expansion of AppleCare One, Apple is also bringing AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss to the iPad and Apple Watch in France, Germany, and Australia. Previously available only for the iPhone in many markets, the expanded coverage protects against up to two incidents of theft or loss per year, in addition to battery replacement service, priority support from Apple experts, and unlimited repairs for accidental damage.
The latest rollout marks another step in Apple’s efforts to simplify ownership of its devices by offering more flexible protection plans while expanding Theft and Loss coverage beyond the iPhone. AppleCare One is now available in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia, with further international expansion expected over time.
