Apple has shared a new WWDC26 recap video titled “Coming to a pocket near you,” highlighting many of the biggest new features coming to iPhone with iOS 27 later this year.

The video showcases Apple’s redesigned Liquid Glass interface, which brings a fresh new look to the iPhone with updated app icons, redesigned controls, translucent interface elements, and smoother animations throughout the operating system.

Apple also highlights Siri AI, the company’s next-generation assistant powered by Apple Intelligence. Siri gains a new Dynamic Island interface, more natural conversations, richer responses, and new ways to interact through both voice and text. The video also demonstrates features such as Write with Siri, which can help users draft messages and emails in a more personalised way.

Other features featured in the recap include Live Translation, which works across Phone, FaceTime, and Messages, helping users communicate across different languages in real time. Apple also showcases updates to Messages, Photos, Music, Maps, Wallet, and CarPlay, all of which are receiving new features in iOS 27.

iOS 27 is currently available in developer beta, with a public beta expected next month ahead of its full release later this year. Apple has confirmed the update will be compatible with all iPhone models currently running iOS 26, including the iPhone 11 lineup.
