Ahead of WWDC26 next week, Bloomberg has shared a mockup showing what Apple’s redesigned Siri experience in iOS 27 could look like when it launches later this year.

The images are not official Apple renders and were created by Bloomberg based on information seen by the publication, along with details provided by sources familiar with Apple’s plans. The mockups accompany Bloomberg’s recent reporting on Apple’s major Siri overhaul, which is expected to be one of the headline features of iOS 27.

One mockup shows a new “Search or Ask” interface integrated into the Dynamic Island, allowing users to type or speak requests. The interface includes options for Siri and ChatGPT, reflecting Apple’s reported plans to make Siri more conversational and capable of working with third-party AI models.

Another mockup depicts a dedicated Siri mode within the Camera app. While Apple has not confirmed any such feature, Bloomberg’s reporting suggests Siri will become more deeply integrated across the operating system, allowing users to interact with apps and information in more natural ways.

According to Bloomberg, Siri in iOS 27 will feature a chatbot-style experience, broader world knowledge, support for more complex requests, and deeper integration with apps. The update is also expected to include the App Intents, onscreen awareness, and personal context features that Apple originally previewed but later delayed.

Bloomberg has described Siri as the centrepiece of Apple’s iOS 27 plans, with the company reportedly preparing its biggest overhaul of the assistant since it debuted on the iPhone more than a decade ago.

Apple will officially unveil iOS 27 during its WWDC26 keynote on June 8
