Leaker says iPhone 18 Pro’s Dark Cherry finish could be a mix of burgundy, coffee, and purple

Apple’s rumored Dark Cherry finish for the iPhone 18 Pro could end up looking even more unusual than first expected.

After reports last week suggested the iPhone 18 Pro lineup could launch in Light Blue, Dark Cherry, Dark Gray, and Silver, Weibo leaker Instant Digital has now shared more detail on the rumored Dark Cherry option.

According to the leaker, the finish is best described as a blend of burgundy, coffee, and deep purple.

Those three colors had all previously been rumored separately for the iPhone 18 Pro lineup, but it now appears they may actually have been different descriptions of the same finish.

The new detail suggests Dark Cherry could end up being a much more complex color than Apple’s usual Pro finishes, potentially shifting between red, brown, and purple tones depending on lighting.

The Apple Post recently created concept images showing what the rumored Dark Cherry finish could look like alongside Light Blue, Dark Gray, and Silver.

Instant Digital has accurately leaked Apple details in the past, including the yellow finish introduced with the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, though Apple still has time to change its plans before the iPhone 18 Pro enters mass production.
