Apple has rolled out iOS 26.2.1 and iPadOS 26.2.1, minor updates to its latest mobile operating systems.
The updates arrive around a month after the release of iOS 26.2 and iPadOS 26.2.
Users can download the new software over the air by heading to Settings, then General, followed by Software Update on supported devices.
Apple says the update adds support for the newly announced second-generation AirTag.
AirTag 2 includes an upgraded Ultra Wideband chip, designed to improve the accuracy of Precision Finding when locating items.
The release also includes general bug fixes and stability improvements, although Apple has not provided specific details.
Alongside the updates for iOS 26 devices, Apple has also issued software updates for older iPhones that cannot run the latest system.
These include iOS 18.7.4, iOS 16.7.13, iOS 15.8.6 and iOS 12.5.8.
