MacBook Pro delivery times stretch as supply tightens ahead of expected refresh

Availability of Apple’s MacBook Pro is tightening on the company’s online store in the United States, with some models now showing delivery times of up to two months.

As noted by MacRumors, several 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro configurations are facing extended shipping delays, particularly higher-end models.

While some versions powered by the M4 Pro chip remain available with minimal delay, many configurations featuring the M4 Max chip are now showing estimated delivery dates between February 6 and February 24, with some stretching even later.

Extended lead times on Apple’s online store have previously been seen as a signal that updated hardware could be approaching, as the company runs down existing inventory ahead of a refresh.
