Apple has announced that its subscription fitness service, Apple Fitness+, will expand to 28 additional countries and regions next month, marking the platform’s largest rollout to date. The expansion begins on December 15, with Japan to follow early next year.
To support the wider launch, Apple says hundreds of existing workouts and meditations will be digitally dubbed in Spanish, German, and Japanese using generated voice technology, with more dubbed sessions added weekly.
The new markets include Chile, Hong Kong, India, the Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, and several others. Once the rollout is complete, Fitness+ will be available in 49 countries and regions worldwide.
Users will have access to all 12 workout types — such as Strength, HIIT, Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Dance, and Meditation — with sessions ranging from five to 45 minutes across iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year and can be shared with up to five family members.
