Apple stickers no longer included in the box of new iPads, available only on request at an Apple Store

Apple revealed on Tuesday a newly redesigned 11-inch iPad Air alongside a new 13-inch model, both powered by the M2 chip. Additionally, Apple introduced all-new OLED iPad Pro models featuring the M4 processor, debuting exclusively on the iPad Pro.
As the iPhone maker prepares for the in-store launch of the new devices, a leaked internal memo has revealed that when the new iPads go on sale there’s going to be a notable change: the absence of Apple stickers in the box as part of a sustainability-driven decision, similar to that which has lead to the removal of a charging brick in the box of the new devices in the UK and some other European countries.
As reported by 9to5Mac, Apple stickers will not be included in the box for the new iPad Pro and iPad Air, however, for the device’s launch, stores will receive shipments with a limited quantity of Apple logo stickers that can be distributed to customers who buy a new iPad Pro or iPad Air, but only upon request.
Apple has been including stickers in the box of its devices for several decades. The practice dates back to the early days of the company. Over the years, these stickers have become an iconic symbol of the Apple brand and are often cherished by fans.
