Meta apps including Facebook and Instagram are currently down for a large number of users worldwide in an apparent outage affecting the social networking giant.
Facebook users are being signed out of their accounts as part of the ongoing system issue, with those users unable to sign back into the platform as the issues prevail.
On Instagram, feeds are failing to load, although users are seemingly still able to access their accounts on devices already signed in.
