Upcoming ‘Scary Fast’ Apple event taking place the night before Halloween, Apple’s first-ever nighttime event

Apple revealed on Tuesday that it will be hosting its first-ever nighttime event next Monday on October 30, with the iPhone maker expected to announce its first M3-powered Macs, including a new 24-inch iMac and updated MacBook Pro models.

The event, titled ‘Scary Fast,’ is scheduled to take place later than usual at 5:00pm Pacific Time, with the showcase being held completely digitally as a pre-recorded screening, without any in-person element for members of the media.

Rumors suggest that Apple will announce its first-ever M3 Mac models during next week’s special event, including an update to the 24-inch iMac, 13-inch MacBook Pro, 14-inch MacBook Pro, and 16-inch MacBook Pro.

As part of the Halloween theme, Apple’s webpage is showing a spooky version of the Finder icon, further hinting that new Macs are on the horizon.

The ‘Scary Fast’ special event will be streamed via the Apple Events website, on YouTube, and through the Apple TV app.
