Apple opens new Apple Jamsil store in South Korea

Apple has opened the doors to Apple Jamsil, South Korea’s fourth Apple Store, with the iPhone maker sharing images from within the new location, which is found in the Lotte World Mall shopping complex in the Songpa District of Seoul.

Like other Apple retail locations around the world, Apple Jamsil features tables and avenues showcasing the latest products and services from Apple, featuring a new pick-up area for online orders that can be collected in-store.

Apple Jamsil has been designed with wooden walls and tables with a glass façade featuring a large Apple logo. According to a press release shared on Saturday, the store’s flooring and graphic panels are made from materials sourced locally from Korea, with the new retail location powered by 100% renewable energy, like all Apple Store locations around the world.

Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and Human Resources, said in a translated version of the press release, “We are very excited to open our fourth Apple Store in South Korea, bringing us closer to our customers in the Jamsil area.” is a welcoming place for all customers, and the great team at Apple Jamsil will inspire and inspire the creativity of our customers in the region.”

The store will host creative Today at Apple sessions, with further details about upcoming events to be shared online through Apple’s website.
