How to turn on haptic keyboard on iPhone with iOS 16

In iOS 16, Apple has added a new setting that enables a haptic keyboard on iPhone, which provides the user with haptic vibrations as they type using the iPhone’s default keyboard.

Third-party keyboards, like Google’s Gboard, have offered users haptic keyboard functionality for some time, but with iOS 16, Apple has built haptics into the iPhone’s default keyboard for the first time, with a new setting enabling the feature which provides haptics for each key a user types across iOS, either it is a default Apple app, in Safari or an app downloaded from the App Store.

The new iOS 16 haptic keyboard is disabled by default but can be turned on quickly through the Settings app.
