Apple has unveiled iPadOS 15, a major update that brings Widgets and App Library to the iPad alongside Multitasking updates, a new Quick Notes feature, the ability to create iPhone and iPad apps using Swift Playgrounds, and more.
Announced at Apple’s highly-anticipated Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on Monday, iPadOS 15 brings many features introduced with iOS 14 to the iPad, including the ability to customize the device’s Home Screen with Widgets, including an all-new plus-sized Widget built specifically for the larger screen of the iPad.
iPadOS 15 introduces Quick Note – a new feature that lets users create a note from any app.
