Apple’s new iOS 14.6 RC dropped for developers today, bringing with it our first glimpse at the iPhone maker’s new “Beats Studio Buds,” which are yet to be officially announced by the company.
As discovered by Filipe Espósito of 9to5Mac, the update shows completely wireless earphones that come with a smart charging case, similar to AirPods.
The new earbuds are expected to support “Hey, Siri” and Noise Cancellation technology.
It is expected that the buds will be sold in multiple color options, including black, white, and red, and there will be a matching oval-shaped charging case.
There is no word on when we may see the new Beats products launch, but given that they’ve been discovered in an iOS RC, it is likely the launch is sooner rather than later.
