Apple Fitness+ is a new pay-monthly subscription service from Apple that gives access to studio-style workouts on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Using the Workouts features on Apple Watch, the service integrates personal metrics such as heart rate and calorie burn within the on-screen sessions, making classes personalized and interactive.

At launch the service features 10 of the most popular workout types, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Yoga, Dance, Core, Cycling, Treadmill (for running and walking), Rowing, and Mindful Cooldown, led by trainers who will share new content each week.
