Apple Pay - ATMs

Chase has announced nearly 16,000 ATMs across the United States now support cardless cash withdrawals, meaning customers can use Apple Pay to withdraw cash without the need of a physical bank card.

After first announcing plans to introduce cardless cash withdrawals in 2016, Chase have now flicked the switch and set the contactless chips active on their machines across the country.

Although unlike regular Apple Pay payments, a PIN code will need to be entered for verification and security purposes. Chase explains how customers can use cardless Chase ATMs below. As well as Apple Pay, any Chase ATM with the Cardless symbol also supports Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Chase have launched a new section online promoting their cardless ATM machines, describing the feature as convenient, easy to use and secure way to access your money.

Cardless ATM access allows customers to access Chase ATMs using an eligible Chase debit or Liquid card that has been loaded into an Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay mobile wallet. Once you have successfully loaded your card into your mobile wallet, you no longer need to have your physical card to make transactions at Chase ATMs.
