Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services, Eddy Cue, is selling his luxury vacation home in Truckee, California reports Realtor.com.
Cue purchased the land the property is built on in 2010 for $1.2 million according to property records, with construction work finishing on the building in 2015. The picturesque lake house features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, offering panoramic views of the surrounding Lake Tahoe mountain scenery.
Now valued at $11.9 million, the sleek, modern build features a master bedroom larger than many studio apartments alongside a rec room with a wet bar, a wine room and a private chairlift to take residents direct to the Northstar California ski resort.
