Shortly after the public release of iOS 11.3 last week, Apple has today rolled out the first set of developer betas for iOS 11.4, tvOS 11.4, and watchOS 4.3.1.
iOS 11.4 beta 1 includes support for Messages in iCloud, a feature seen within the iOS 11.3 beta testing series however something Apple decided to pull from the official release. It also appears that AirPlay 2 could finally be arriving soon, with ‘Stereo HomePod’ references found within the tvOS 11.4 beta.
While developers are still going over the latest beta releases to find hidden new features, Apple noted shortly after their recent educational themed ‘Let’s take a field trip’ event that iOS 11.4 would include the new ClassKit framework and Schoolwork app, so it’s likely that these two additions will rollout with todays release.
With the developer preview now available it’s possible Apple could make the software available for public beta testing later this week.
