Apple has shared ‘Unlock’, a new iPhone X commercial that imagines a world where everything unlocks at a glance.
The commercial opens with a scene showing a student unlocking their iPhone X with Face ID, an action that sparks various other locks, including lockers, doors, a gymnasium supply closet and even a science lab to spring open at a glance, closing the commercial with the “Unlock with a look”.
Face ID is exclusive to the iPhone X, however, reports have suggested that Apple could bring the facial recognition system across to the iPad Pro later this year.
