HomePod 15.4.1 software update now available with Siri bug fix
Apple has released HomePod 15.4.1, patching a bug with Siri where some HomeKit-enabled accessories could fail to respond when controlled via the voice assistant.
Today’s new update is available alongside iOS 15.4.1, iPadOS 15.4.1, watchOS 8.5.1 and macOS Monterey 12.3.1. Like HomePod 15.4.1, these new updates for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac all bring bug fixes and improvements.
The release notes for HomePod 15.4.1 read: “Software version 15.4.1 addresses an issue where some HomeKit-enabled accessories could fail to respond when controlled via Siri. This update also includes bug fixes for your HomePod.”
