New 4K drone footage shows Apple Park construction nearing completion
With construction nearing completion, new 4K drone footage from videographer Matthew Roberts has captured the on-going work on Apple’s “spaceship” campus ahead of 2018 when the company is expected to fully move into the 176 acre site.
Construction on the headquarters started back in 2013, with a work over-running from the original completion date of Summer 2017.
Once complete Apple Park will run on 100% renewable energy, with the 2.8 million-square-foot main building accessible to the public through Apple’s new visitors center that includes an on-site cafe and Apple Store.
