The introduction of the iPhone X sees the removal of the much beloved iPhone Home Button, something that has been with iPhone since its launch in 2007. The Home Button most importantly took the user away from the content they were viewing to bring them back to their familiar “mobile desktop”, but also acted as an important tool for prompting Siri, restarting the device and taking screenshots.
Now that iPhone X is available to the public, we’ve been able to get our hands on the device to discover how users can capture their screen without having to use the Home Button. Here’s our guide on how to take a screenshot on the iPhone X…
How to take a screenshot on the iPhone X:
1) Open the screen or app you wish to capture and position the content.
2) Simultaneously press the Side button on the right side of the iPhone X and the Volume Up button.
3) The screen will then flash white and the saved image will appear in the lower Left Of Your Screen for you to edit, share or delete.
