As Australia and New Zealand welcome in the new week; customers ordering AirPods who qualified for the first batch of deliveries are seeing their orders arriving at their doorsteps, with Apple now officially selling the new bluetooth headphone in their brick and mortar retail stores.
Customers such as Nic Morris (@nic_morris) who was first in-line to pick up a pair of AirPods at Apple’s Sydney location reported that the store offered 6 demo pairs of headphones for visitors to sample, with the store reported to of had 50 AirPods on display with more stock hidden out back.

Being one of the first customers in the world to purchase AirPods, Nic said…
Seamless connection, comfortable, good sound for music and podcasts, premium case. 10/10
For customers in the United Kingdom, United States and other launch countries it’s recommended to wait in-line early to avoid disappointment; shortly after AirPods launched to the public stock levels started to dwindle and it’s expected that retail stock will be in high demand during this holiday period.
