Concept specialist Martin Hajek has released a range of new gold iPhone X and iPhone X Plus visualizations, bringing reports of Apple planning to re-introduce gold as a color option on their 2018 iPhone line up to life.
The visualizations show the two devices in three color variations… Gold, Black & Gold and White & Gold mimicking the sleek glass back design of Apple’s current iPhone 8.
The Apple Post reported on Monday that Apple may add a gold color option to their upcoming ‘iPhone X Plus’, making the X Plus Apple’s “largest iPhone ever” with a screen size close to 6.5 inches. The ‘iPhone X Plus’ believed to have the internal codename “D33” will feature a screen resolution of 1242 x 2688 and potentially use a dual-SIM that would allow users to switch carriers when traveling with ease.
Apple had reportedly intended to release a gold coloured iPhone X last year , however had to abandoned plans due to “production problems”.
