Last month we reported that Apple closed both their London and French Apple Watch pop-up stores, leaving the only remaining stand alone store-within-a-store at department store Isetan Shinjuku in Tokyo.
According to a report from Chinese media Economic Daily News, via Digitimes; Apple is preparing a new Apple Watch, possibly named the ‘Apple Watch Series 3’, which is planned to launch towards the end of 2017 with battery improvements and internal enhancements.
The reports claim Quanta Computer, the manufacturer of the Apple Watch Series 1 and Series 2, who declined to comment on what it called market speculation, will continue their contract with Apple and manufacture the next generation Apple wearable.
