Apple releases iOS 12 beta 7 for iPhone and iPad
With the public release of the software nearing, Apple has rolled out iOS 12 developer beta 7 for iPhone and iPad, continuing the testing of the operating system before it is formally released alongside new iPhone hardware in the fall.
iOS 12 was first unveiled at Apple’s annual World Wide Developers Conference in June, with Apple announcing an array of new features for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, including enhancements to Siri, a refresh to the design of News, Stocks, Voice Memos, and iBooks as well as improved Do Not Disturb, a screen time management tool and group FaceTime for up to 32 friends. – You can read the full list of the features coming in iOS 12 here.

- Home app removes existing wallpapers, now includes three color options
- Battery Health no longer labeled beta
- iPhone-only apps on iPad now use iPhone 6 version, not iPhone 4 version
