Apple lists a new iOS 11 compatible ‘Files’ application in the App Store ahead of WWDC
With the start of Apple’s annual World Wide Developers Conference just a matter of hours away, eagle eyed developer Steven Troughton-Smith has spotted that Apple is listing a new iOS 11 compatible ‘Files’ application in the App Store, available exclusively in the US and only supporting 64-bit devices.
Just after the new ‘Files’ application was discovered, Steven also found references to a new ‘Drag and Drop’ feature, almost confirming that some sort of Drag and Drop functionality will be coming to the iPad with iOS 11.
Tim Cook and crew will take to the stage of the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose later today to unveil their next-generation iOS 11, macOS 10.13, tvOS 11 and watchOS 4 software. The Apple Post will be reporting all the latest news live on our website as well as on our social media channels.
